Maryland’s finest Ty Thom dropped a single for his latest project all the way back in late July but I have to show some to my homie who dropped yet another fire track. “WHO WOULD’VE THOUGHT IT BE YOU?” covers the narrative of false commitment or fake friends where you put your trust into building a relationship with one person only for them to betray that very same trust leaving saying “I never thought it would’ve been you.” My brother Whoa1.0 handled production which has his typical touch of heat mixed with a nice dose of soul that helps add a deeper layer to Thom’s verses. Overall this is a dope track that has me excited to listen to his new album “WHITE WALLS // PRIMER PACK.” which dropped the 3rd of August; show love to both Ty Thom & Whoa1.0!
