Legendary commentator Vin Scully has tragically passed away at 94 on August 2nd, 2022 with the cause of death currently unknown. Scully is best known for his 67 seasons served as the voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers along with some time served when they were still in Brooklyn. He would work for CBS baseball & NBC football at times but his heart was always in LA where he would end his historic career in 2016 with the Dodgers. Personally I am an San Francisco Giants guy so you won’t catch me rocking Vin but I will tip my cap in respects for a legend on the mic, may he rest in peace and have fun in the booth above.
