My brother Na-Shaun Boston has been living life but has blessed us with another artwork of West Coast icon, Tupac Shakur on June 2nd, 2022. Drawing inspiration from one of 2Pac’s more memorable magazine covers, this is a half-drawn illustration from the 1994 Vibe cover with the headline reading “The Murder of Michael Jordan’s Father.” What a crazy time, so much so the cover would question the sanity of one of the most important figures in rap and the hip-hop culture bound by a straitjacket. Boston does a great job in shading/shadowing but again this is an unfinished piece so I look forward to seeing how detailed he gets on this artwork. Show Na-Shaun some major love, he’s a great artist who constantly has improved his skills through every piece.
