The Last of 2004: Ben Roethlisberger Announces Retirement

Ben Roethlisberger has officially announced his retirement after 18 loyal years to the Pittsburg Steelers, concluding the 2021 season 9-7-1 with a short playoff run. The two time Super Bowl champion is calling it quits after this year, announcing it on Twitter to a multitude of support but also does hopeful because now the Steelers are in the free agency race on QB’s. Big Ben has been a dominate force in the league since 2004 and now ends his class as the final member of the draft to leave the league. What is next for the Steelers, probably a lot of disappointment if they do not get a good starter although I do wanna see Dwyane Haskins take a shot at the role.
