Cape Town, South Africa based animator Dewald de la Rey released a series of shorts with some notable, modern day artist drawn in the Adventure Time style that I like to call Adventure Rhyme. You may know Dewald for his YouTube channel, E.I.E ANIMATIONS which has an impressive 46 million views along with 192k subscribers, he post horror shorts, parodies and much more there. But we maintain focus on this latest series of animations where Dewald has brought the likes of Lil Peep, MGK, $uicide Boy$, Lil Uzi Vert and Travis Scott together to preform small snippets from their respected discographies. This is some really dope work that actually got me excited to work with this young brother who has a great style to his work. Now if you enjoy this Dewald has something in store for 2022, all I can say is “Life after Death” but show my brother some major love for his amazing work.
