It comes with a heavy heart that I have to announce that actor/wrestler Thomas Lister Jr. has passed away from unknown circumstances, age 62. “Tiny” as many nicknamed him was best known for his role as the bike stealing, chain snatching, size 14 wearing tough guy Deebo in Ice Cube’ Friday but if you grew up in the 90’s during the WWF era you may remember him as Zeus. Facing off with Hogan in No Holds Barred while also shaking the ring with his intensity, he would team with the likes of “Macho Man” Randy Savage and “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase. It was reported earlier this year Lister had caught COVID-19 but overcame it, allegedly he had a second case which is what maby believe was the cause of death. We here at The Musical Hippie extend our condolences to his family and friends, we shall offer a chain out of respect for a legend in the business.
