Johnny Storm released a powerful track titled “1619” on October 13th, 2020. “1619” is all about the early days of slavery, the historic context is matched to the sorrow and pain projected from Storm’s vocals as this is more soul then is normal dose of rap. The production for this track is beautiful, with a more blues and soul blend I enjoyed the mixture that was soothing like rainfall.
