Alexandria, Louisiana based artist Waynewood (waynewood_music) released his latest single “Body Bags” on June 19th, 2020. Yo this brothers voice had me in a trance, I enjoyed this emo-rock mash that Wanyewood’s put together. The lyrics revolve around living your life in a hallow shell of yourself, body bags being the restless bags that lay under your tired face from working, this for me reminded me more or less of how I feel when I’ve worked a full week while I struggle to get some peace and rest. I really enjoyed this production, slow, building as if this is emotions you had bottled up for years that suddenly splattered all over. Show this talented brother some love ya’ll.
