London rockstar lil ink (inkytunes) released a new single/music video titled “back then” on May 8th, 2020. We’ve all loved and lost, this track to me is about reminiscing about a past relationship you were fucked up from, whatever may be the reason this is a song about pain, the growth from leaving and the peace on being able to look back then and say I wasn’t me. The music video was animated by Brittany Campbell (brittanycampbellmusic) who’s style for this reminded me a lot of “Take On Me” by a-ha.
