Stockton, California based artist William Corduroy (@williamcorduroy) released a music video for his single “2002 SCUM” on January 10th , 2020. “2002 SCUM” reminds me of Cuco in ways, I think it’s due to the synthpop sound but also the grimy, low budget grainy film that is edited over itself with various colorful background extras.
